Situated above Clarke Rock in Leverick Bay, Euphoria commands spectacular views of the North Sound and the surrounding islands. The design is luxurious: a sweeping sun deck, living and dining room, ultra modern kitchen and entertaining area adjoin your own private pool.

There are accommodations for 8 people, perhaps 4 couples, or a family. The master bedroom is just off the pool deck, with its own walk-in closet, bathroom and terrace.

Two additional guest bedrooms – one queen, one twin – share a common bath. An efficiency apartment is located on the lower level and includes a kitchen and queen bed. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has a safe for valuables. A high speed wireless internet connection is also provided.

Tennis, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and beaches are only a 2 minute walk away

Expensive and Only OK

Picked this one as I was traveling with me elderly mom. It was a cute, and very expensive. It was beachfront, but the walk to the water was rocky and got only after a few trips.

The bedrooms were the best part of the house as they were beautiful and lavishly decorated. No expense was spared.

Well in the end, my elderly mother liked it more than me and the kids. I would recommend other villas on Baie Rouge before spending all the money for this one.
