This unique 5 bedroom villa situated on the "Falaise des Oiseaux" overlooking Baie Rouge and the island of Anguilla, offers one of the most stunning views you can find anywhere in the world. It was renovated and completely refurnished in 2008.

Built on 2 levels, the villa has a large pool located at the entrance leading to the main reception living area. Three large bedrooms are situated on the main floor and open to the living area . The two remaining bedrooms are on the lower level offering a lot of privacy and beautiful views over the ocean. Can be rented as a 3 bedroom villa or a 5 bedroom villa.

Upper Bedrooms: Three large bedrooms are located on the main level and connected to the living area. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has twin beds which can be joined to form a king bed. All bedrooms have private balconies with beautiful views of the Caribbean, air conditioned, Hi-Def TV, DVD, Wi-Fi internet service & private bathrooms with open showers. The master bath also has a large tub.

Lower Bedrooms: Two very large bedrooms are located on the lower level. Each bedroom has a sitting area with desk and a circular lounge area. Both provide very wide, stunning views of the Caribbean. Both are air conditioned and have Hi-Def TV, DVD, Wi-Fi internet service & private bathroom with open showers. A covered patio seperates the bedrooms.

Can be rented as a 3 or 5 bedroom villa.

Expensive and Only OK

Last Stay at Villa: 2008-02-01 to 2008-02-14

Picked this one as I was traveling with me elderly mom. It was a cute, and very expensive. It was beachfront, but the walk to the water was rocky and got only after a few trips.

The bedrooms were the best part of the house as they were beautiful and lavishly decorated. No expense was spared.

Well in the end, my elderly mother liked it more than me and the kids. I would recommend other villas on Baie Rouge before spending all the money for this one.
